Our Society is a New York State Department of State (DOS) approved educational provider for both Appraisal and Real Estate Salespersons/Brokers) continuing education classes. All of our qualified instructors are approved by DOS and are experts on the topics that they are presenting.

The programs include 3, 4 and 7 hour classes and are held at various DOS approved locations in the HudsonValley, primarily in Westchester, Orange and Dutchess counties.

The registration form is typically posted 4 to 6 weeks prior to the scheduled class.
